  1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Noviadates platform, operated at www.noviadates.com. By accessing or using the website and its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
  2. Eligibility
    Access to the platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.   3. Account Registration and Verification

All user profiles and uploaded content are subject to manual review prior to becoming visible on the platform. The Company may request additional verification where necessary and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
  4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
    Users agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Any use of the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes is strictly prohibited. The platform may not be used to impersonate others, harass users, distribute inappropriate content, employ automated access tools, or engage in activities related to exploitation, prostitution, escorting, or human trafficking.
  5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
    Certain services offered on the platform are available only through paid subscriptions or virtual credits. Pricing and payment details are disclosed prior to purchase. Upon expiration of the period for which a subscription was purchased, access to its benefits automatically ceases. To continue using premium services, the user must manually purchase a new subscription. No recurring payments will be made without the user's explicit consent. Payments are non-refundable once the subscription period has commenced or credits have been used. The use of video call services is strictly limited to cases where both parties possess identical active subscription plans.
  6. User Content
    Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the platform. By submitting content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. The Company reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
  7. Age Verification and Protection of Minors
    The platform is intended exclusively for adults. The Company applies internal verification and moderation procedures, including manual review of profiles and content, to prevent access by minors. Accounts suspected of belonging to individuals under the age of eighteen (18) will be suspended or permanently removed.
  8. Anti-Exploitation and Anti-Trafficking Policy
    Noviadates maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, or any activity intended to solicit or facilitate paid sexual services. Any misuse of the platform for such purposes will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to competent authorities.
  9. Fraud Prevention and Platform Security
    The Company using manual review procedures to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. This includes monitoring account behavior, payment activity, and potential misuse of the platform. High-risk activity may result in additional verification or suspension of services.
  10. Safety Disclaimer
    The Company does not conduct criminal background checks on users and does not guarantee the conduct or integrity of any user. Users acknowledge that interactions with other users occur at their own risk and agree to exercise appropriate caution.
  11. Termination
    The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion where these Terms are violated or where user activity poses legal, security, or compliance risks. Users may terminate their accounts at any time through the account settings.
  12. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
